This is a personal servant leadership program
This is not a generic Agile training. It’s a personal journey where you look honestly at how you show up as a Scrum Master and how you want to grow.
You will: understand what servant leadership means for you, in your real context see your role in the system (team – PO – organization) with more clarity and confidence recognize where you lead, hide, over-give or fix train concrete servant leadership skills in the Practice Studio, using your own superpowers.
So you don’t just “do Scrum” better, you become a more visible, calm and effective what I call a Scrum Master 4.0.
How it works
You follow a modular online program, each module focuses on one key aspect of visible servant leadership.
Every module has 3 parts:
Learn – short, focused lessons
Reflect – guided worksheets and canvases
Practice – a Servant Leadership Practice Studio with superpower-based skills.
You apply everything directly to your own team, with the Product Owner and organization, always linked to real situations, not theory in the air.
You move at your own pace: no live calls required, you can spread it out over weeks or work in deep-focus blocks. All tools (reflection sheets, canvases, superpower cards, team exercises) are yours to reuse in your daily work and future sprints.
You apply everything directly in your real meetings, conversations and sprints. You decide the pace.

About me
Hello Agile Enthusiasts! I’m Tamara Koning, a passionate Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience helping teams grow, deliver value, and enjoy the journey along the way.
My mission is to guide you on the journey from “doing Scrum” to Scrum Master 4.0 a next-level Servant Leader who brings focus, safety, and energy to the team and the organization.
I don’t just teach frameworks or tools. I help you build the confidence, clarity, and inner leadership you need to navigate complexity, work in real partnership with your Product Owner, and make a tangible impact.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is this only for “experienced” Scrum Masters?
No. It's for Scrum Masters (and Agile/team coaches) who feel there's more to it whether you're just starting out or already experienced. You just need curiosity and the willingness to take an honest look at yourself.
2. Do I need to be in a “perfect Agile organisation” for this to work?
Absolutely not. Most of my clients work in messy, real-world organizations. The program helps you deal with that reality: your team, your product owner, your stakeholders, your constraints.
3. How much time does it take?
You can work through a module in small chunks. Remember: 10-20 minutes per lesson + additional time for reflection and practice. You set the pace – the value lies in the reflection, not the rush.
4. Are there live calls or is it fully self-paced?
You can follow it completely at your own pace. No live sessions are required. You can spread it out over several weeks or dive into it with a few focused sessions.
I might add live options later, but the core program is self-contained.
5. What’s the difference between the Starter Journey and the full program?
The Starter Journey (Modules 1 & 2) gives you:
foundations of servant leadership, clarity, purpose and focus and 4 core skills via the Practice Studio.
The larger program will build on this with more modules, more skills and more team-focused work. The Starter Journey is your entry point.
6. Do I get 1:1 coaching
Yes, you can always add in the checkout or call me for 1:1 coaching. BUT is a self-paced program with strong guidance through text, worksheets and Practice Studio tools. So it is not mandatory
7. Is this only for Scrum Masters?
The program is designed for Scrum Masters first. Agile coaches, team coaches or Product Owners who work very closely with teams can also benefit but all examples and tools speak from the Scrum Master role.
8. In which language is the program?
The program, worksheets and Practice Studio are in English. You’re very welcome to reflect and write in your own language in your notebook.
9. What about AI for Scrum Masters?
AI for Scrum Masters is an optional add-on (monthly subscription) that you can add in the checkout. You don’t need it for the program, but it can support you with:
prompts for daily challenges, help shaping retros, messages, workshops and keeping your servant leadership experiments alive.
You can start or stop it any time.
