My goal for you:
that as a Scrum Master, you have a clear definition of servant leadership
that you see your role in the system (team – PO – organization) with greater clarity and confidence
that you recognize where you lead, hide, over-give, or restore and know what to do instead
that you actively increase psychological safety in your team: people feel safe to speak up, share concerns and learn
that you practice concrete servant leadership skills in your daily work, so that you grow into a more visible, calmer Scrum Master 4.0

Programs that help you grow from ceremonial Scrum Master to Scrum Master 4.0
A focus on servant leadership, psychological safety and collaboration with your Product Owner
Practical tools: superpower guides, reflection cards, canvases, mini-retros & experiments
A Servant Leadership Practice Studio to train real skills in your daily work
Warm, honest guidance – no hype, no jargon, just real tools for real growth
This program is for you if:
Scrum Masters, Agile coaches and team coaches who work with Agile teams
you often feel your work as a Scrum Master is invisible or misunderstood
you support everyone, but doubt how you show up as a leader
you’re tired of theory-heavy Agile courses and want practical, personal growth
you feel there’s more in you, and you’re ready to grow from the inside out
you want to be more than a process guardian a bridge builder, challenger and catalyst for growth

You follow a modular online program, each module focuses on one key aspect of visible servant leadership.
Every module has 3 parts:
Learn – short, focused lessons
Reflect – guided worksheets and canvases
Practice – a Servant Leadership Practice Studio with superpower-based skills.
You apply everything directly to your own team, Product Owner and organization – always linked to real situations, not theory in the air.
You move at your own pace: no live calls required, you can spread it out over weeks or work in deep-focus blocks.
All tools (reflection sheets, canvases, superpower cards, team exercises) are yours to reuse in your daily work and future sprints.

The Visible Servant Leadership program is built as a series of modules.
You can start small, or walk the full path.
Starter Journey (Modules 1 & 2)
Module 1 – Foundations of Servant Leadership
Module 2 – Lead with Clarity
Servant Leadership Practice Studio:
The Observer
The Compass
The Focus Keeper
The Sensemaker
Advanced modules (Modules 3, 4 & 5) - The Core program
Later modules go deeper into themes like:
authenticity and inner leadership
boundaries and courage in conflict
partnership with your Product Owner
visibility and influence in the organization
integrating everything into your own servant leadership roadmap
You can:
start with the Starter Journey
and add advanced modules when you’re ready for the next layer.
By working through this program, you’ll gradually move:
from feeling invisible and overloaded → to clearer in your role and value
from reacting and fixing → to leading with purpose, focus and calm
from avoiding or smoothing over tension → to working with conflict in a way that builds psychological safety
from doing “all the things” → to making conscious choices about where you show up
from doubting your impact → to owning your contribution as a Scrum Master 4.0
You become the kind of servant leader who quietly raises the level of psychological safety in the team so flow, experiments and even AI can actually work.

You can start directly with the full program (Modules 1–5), but I recommend starting with the Starter Journey (Modules 1–2) if you haven’t done the inner work yet.
Modules 1–2 give you your foundations and clarity.
Modules 3–5 build on that and go deeper into partnership, conflict and system influence.
You can move through the program in small chunks. Think: 10–20 minutes per lesson, plus extra time for reflection and practice.
Some people: spread it out over several months (e.g. 1 lesson per week) others work in focused blocks (e.g. a few evenings or Fridays)
The value comes from doing the reflections and experiments, not from rushing to “finish” all modules.
No. This program is for Scrum Masters (and Agile / team coaches) who: feel there is more in them want to grow as servant leaders and are ready to look honestly at their own patterns
You don’t need to be “perfectly Agile” or highly experienced. You do need curiosity and a willingness to reflect.
No. Most people who will use this program work in messy, real-life organizations. The tools and exercises are designed for that reality:
pressure, changing priorities, unclear roles
Product Owners under stress
stakeholders who don’t always “get” Agile
You’ll learn to lead as a servant leader inside that system, not in an ideal textbook environment.
The program is fully self-paced. You can follow the lessons, reflections and Practice Studio in your own rhythm. There are no live calls required to get value from the program.
In the future, I may offer live sessions or coaching on top of this but the core program stands on its own.
No. You can already benefit a lot just by:
reflecting on your own practice using the Superpower Training Cards in your own meetings and conversationsIf you do have a team and Product Owner, you can also use:
the Partnership Canvas, the Tension Map and System on a Page as team exercises to bring the work into the group.
You keep access to all 5 modules, reflection sheets and Practice Studio tools. You can come back to them whenever your context changes (new team, new Product Owner, new organization).
The program, worksheets and Practice Studio are in English. You’re welcome to reflect and write in your own language in your notebook.
Yes. Many organizations are happy to invest in their Scrum Masters. You can simply forward the payment link or invoice to your manager or HR / Learning department as part of your development budget.
