  • naming what you need in the collaboration

  • inviting your Product Owner into a true partnership, not just a service relationship

Module 4 – Lead with Courage in Tension & Conflict

Stay present and constructive when things get uncomfortable.

You’ll:

  • explore your patterns around tension and conflict (freeze, avoid, fix, smooth over, go into overdrive…)

  • learn simple ways to bring difficult topics into the open zonder drama

  • practice holding space when emotions and opinions run high

  • work with your own triggers and nervous system in hot moments

  • experiment with conversations that are both honest and respectful

Practice Studio focus
In the Practice Studio you train to:

  • slow down instead of reacting

  • use a few simple questions and structures to guide hard conversations

  • come out of tense moments with more clarity instead of more damage

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for “experienced” Scrum Masters?

No. It’s for Scrum Masters (and Agile / team coaches) who feel there’s more in them, whether you’re early in the role or already seasoned.

Do I need live sessions to follow this?

No. It’s fully self-paced. You can go through it in small chunks or a few deep-focus sessions.

Can I use this if my organisation is not “very Agile”?

Yes. Most people using this are in messy, real-world organisztions. The reflections and Practice Studio are built for that reality.
